In 2023, Interroll refined its ESG strategy defined in 2022 and incorporated feedback from internal and external stakeholders.

As part of the concept development for sustainability management, we placed great importance on formulating concrete, measurable targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to management. We have set out qualitative and quantitative targets and the associated deadlines in writing in our updated ESG guidelines, defined the respective operational scope and determined responsibilities as well as monitoring, evaluation and reporting cycles. Each ESG guideline is signed by the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. This underlines its importance as a strategic and operational foundation document for sustainable development at Interroll.
