& Installation

Preventive maintenance visits and plans

We will work out and propose a specific maintenance plan tailored to your needs with dedicated visits by our Lifetime Service Experts.

Audits and Inspections

Whether you have an Interroll solution, or products or components, we can audit and document the status of your assets win order to ensure the highest availability of your system. Our inspection can be the preparational step before executing maintenance visits, allowing you to be best prepared for any inconvenient or unforeseen event.

On-site repairs and support

Our Lifetime Service Expert can offer you the support needed for on-site repairs, whether through Interroll's own technicians or partners thoroughly selected and trained.

Relocation support, peak support

In case your production planning changes and you need to relocate your system to a new position, we can offer you the needed support for dismantling, moving, reinstalling and commissioning your equipment. Furthermore, during seasonal peaks, when you need to ensure maximum availability of your system, our Lifetime Service Experts will be able to support you in person in your facility.

Installation and supervision

Have you just implemented a new Interroll system or modules?  We can support you with an installation supervisor or even take care of the full installation scope. Thanks to our own technicians and qualified partners, we can committh to a smooth start of operation at the planned date.

Service contracts (SLA)

For complete peace of mind, all these preventive or corrective support activities can be included in your specific service agreement contract. Regular visits and secured availability of critical parts are only two of the services we can help you with. Last but not the least, you could gain exclusive access to specific conditions for the rest of the Interroll service and product portfolio.
