The challenge

TBL Cargo began as a small warehouse operation with one customer and manual sorting. As its e-commerce business grew, manual, time-consuming and often inefficient processes became a barrier to scaling. The Danish third-party logistics provider needed greater capacity and accuracy to meet rising volumes while consistently delivering on its promises to customers.

 

The solution

Techsoft implemented an integrated conveying and sorting solution based on the Interroll Modular Conveyor Platform (MCP), enhanced by one of the first installations of the Interroll Multi-Belt Switch. The modular system supports high-volume, precise sortation and can scale as requirements grow. Its standardized components also allow Techsoft to standardize its software, making implementation faster and more efficient.
