The challenge

CP All, the sole operator of 7-Eleven convenience stores in Southern Thailand, faced the challenging task of efficiently managing its vast supply chain for over 500 shops. The company needed to:

  • Meet rigorous key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Prioritize process accuracy and smart automation to ensure fast order processing and cater to the needs of 9 million people daily
  • Ensure on-time delivery to 7-Eleven stores across eight provinces

 

The solution

CP All relied on Intermat, a leading systems Integrator and Interroll partner, to design a seamless material-flow solution. Interroll provided the mission-critical technologies to enable CP All's distribution center to work as efficient as possible. The solution comprises:

  • Interroll Modular Conveyor Platform (MCP) and Carton Flow for seamless material flow
  • Pick-to-light commissioning of up to 80,000 goods supported by Interroll Carton Flow
  • Zero-pressure-accumulation technology for the most efficient throughput
  • Scalable layout with low energy consumption and minimal maintenance requirements
  • Latest control technology for optimal system performance
