Our Cassette System is a belt conveyor drive system with an integrated drum motor. It is designed for checkout counters and supermarket applications where fast installation, easy maintenance, and compact drive technology are important.

You choose our cassette solutions when you want a compact, integrated drive concept that saves space. Because the drum motor combines the motor, gearbox, and drive train inside a sealed unit, you do not need extra installation space for separate drive components.

Our Cassette System includes a patented quick tension/release system for deflection rollers. This makes it easier to install and replace the conveyor belt during maintenance.

The Interroll Cassette System supports loads up to 150 kg. It is available with U or L profiles and is designed for belt conveyor applications in supermarket environments.

The Cassette System is available with belt speeds of 0.15, 0.17, and 0.19 m/s. These speeds support typical checkout and supermarket goods-handling applications.

The Cassette System is available with a center-to-center length from 500 to 2980 mm and an installation width from 300 to 700 mm. This allows you to adapt the cassette to different checkout and conveyor designs.

You use our Center Drive Cassette when you need a belt conveyor with an integrated drum motor and very small deflections. It is especially useful in checkout applications where smooth transitions between two conveyors are essential.

The Center Drive Cassette provides a small transition with a diameter of only 17 mm. This helps small goods move smoothly from one conveyor to the next.

The Center Drive Cassette supports reverse operation. It also uses a self-tracking belt and is not dependent on belt tolerances.

The Center Drive Cassette supports loads up to 30 kg. It is designed for small-goods transport and checkout conveyor applications.

You use our CO 6000 Softstart Control to control checkout drives and related elements such as sensors, foot pedals, and checkout lights. One control unit can control up to two belt conveyors.

Soft start and stop help goods remain stable on the checkout belt, even when the belt is fully loaded. This helps prevent goods from falling over, reduces the risk of damage or spillages, and supports smoother supermarket operation.
