Series SH1500, Ball Belt Diverter
Enjoy Your Meal

The SH1500 Diverter is used for diverting unit loads, preferably with smooth bottom surfaces, at different angles to the right or to the left. 
It is equipped with two strong drum motors. One drum motor drives the Ammeraal Uni QNB- Ball belt and the second drum motor is running a friction driven control belt which is installed in the upper strand and 90° shifted under the ball belt. 
By activating the friction driven control belt, the rotation direction and speed of the balls of the ball belt can be manipulated. 
Goods on the ball belt can then be moved forward, to the left or to the right side.
With speed change of the friction driven control belt, the diverting angle can be individually adjusted as needed. 
For 90° diverting, the ball belt needs to stop. 
The Diverter can be also used for small sortation tasks.
