Frequently asked questions

  • Energy efficiency: Energy is only required if a box must be moved. Therefore, a roller conveyor with ZPA logic requires significantly less power compared to a plastic modular belt conveyor, which accumulates boxes with pressure.
  • ZPA: The roller conveyor modules of the MCP CleanLine platform combine for the first time the proven and energy-efficient ZPA technology with ingress protected and sealed rollers and RollerDrive.
  • Stainless steel: It’s stainless-steel-based conveyor platform uses the proven Interroll technology and products and allows system integrators a quick and safe installation for smaller projects or larger layouts.
  • 24V: MCP CleanLine’s roller conveyor and transfer module are powered by a 24V RollerDrive which significantly simplifies electrical integration.
  • Water-protected: Flat surfaces are slightly tilted to allow self-drainage to avoid water pooling. Occasional light cleaning with water and mild detergents is no problem for the rust- free materials.
