Ad hoc announcement: Interroll expands production of belt curves in Europe

Interroll Group, the world's leading manufacturer of key intralogistics products, acquires the divisions shaping of sheet and coating of Ortner GmbH in Kronau/Germany. The purchase will become effective on December 1, 2016. With this acquisition Interroll further expands its manufacturing capacity for belt curves in Europe. Besides the respective production facilities Interroll will also purchase the existing premises and buildings of Ortner GmbH in Kronau. The acquisition price was not disclosed.
