Steffen Flender is the new Managing Director of Interroll Automation GmbH

Flender's professional experience includes more than 20 years in product and portfolio management for Bombardier Transportation's rail vehicle systems and components business, most recently as Business Unit Head and Vice President Key Account and Project Portfolio Management. Flender holds a bachelor's degree in technical business administration and a master's degree in business administration from St. Gallen Business School and Klagenfurt University.

"I look forward to working with Steffen Flender. With his proven expertise in the components business and the associated service, his high level of customer orientation, and his many years of experience in project planning, he has the right qualifications to help shape the future of our Sinsheim site. This is all the more true as Sinsheim will focus entirely on our project business as a global center of excellence for sorters once our new plant in Mosbach, Germany, has gone into operation," says Strüwing.
