Project & Technology Implementation Manager (m/w/d)

What are my responsibilities?

  • Develop detailed project plans with defined timelines, work packages and milestones
  • Act as the primary liaison between project sponsors as well as internal and external project participants
  • Prepare training material and execute trainings preparing employees for upcoming changes
  • Identify arising obstacles for the further course of the project early and completely while proactively developing mitigation strategies
  • Oversee user/factory acceptance tests focusing on a systematic and structured review of project scope and compliance to specification
  • Work closely with internal parties of the manufacturing units, with example departments being Industrial engineering, Production, Maintenance, SCM and IT

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or applicable training as technician or similar
  • At least 10 years of work experience, thereof 5 years of experience in project management context
  • Proficiency in planning, scoping, scheduling, tracking and controlling project lifecycles; profound abilities in performance metrics
  • Verifiable above-average experience in project and change management of projects with adequate scope size
  • Experience in budgeting and resource allocation
  • Confidence in dealing with third parties (e. g. vendors)
  • Very good in english and german (minimum C1 level)
  • flexibility and reactivity enabling adequate reactions to unforeseen events
  • result-driven mindset focusing on measurable outcomes
  • willingnesss for frequent international travel
