Since 1986 we have been producing highly technical, high-precision components such as gears, bicomponent and overmolded parts. We take pride in the quality and efficiency of our operations and we have an in-house, dedicated maintenance department that keeps our machines as well as your molds in top shape.
Our production processes are managed via SAP and the ERP system allows us to provide key highlights to customers when needed. Interroll introduced new industry 4.0-ready molding machines: their self-regulating capabilities guarantee a consistently high-quality product output cycle after cycle. Additionally, we strive to implement more and more automation in our processes.
The Interroll Production System, based on Kaizen methodology, inspires the efficiency of all of our processes. As a confirmation of our strive towards excellence, Interroll SA received the Kaizen™ Institute Award.
Our Zero Defect Strategy is a key part of the Interroll culture. We have implemented inline controls to monitor the quality of our products. We also carry out mechanical tests on a regular basis to guarantee the integrity of our parts.
From product concept until industrialization, our R&D department designs mold exploiting advanced tools such as simulation programs (Plastic injection simulation), PLM integration (via SAP) and counting on several reliable network of partners to have a real 360 degree view of the process and the product.
