Roller Pushback


The Roller Pushback system allows the storage of pallets in LIFO configuration (Last In First Out). 


 Roller Pushback solutions are available from 2 to 9 pallet places. The entry/exit module is equipped with speed controllers so that the speed of pallets is always under control.
Contrary to the Cart Pushback system, Roller Pushback allows the pallets to be stored  lengthwise (depth of 1,200mm).

Slow loading process at max. 0.3 m/s in order to avoid damage to the controllers.
Slow unloading process at max. 0.3m/s because the forklift has to ensure the other pallets move slowly.

No restriction to loading speed thanks to new free-wheeling LIFO speed controller. 

 
Faster unloading. The forklift truck no longer has to retain the other pallets as the speed controllers are 100% efficient.
