From bronze to platinum, the Interroll Drum Motor Service consists of a well structured service programme for all personal needs.
The following repair program applies to all Interroll Drum Motor & Idler types up to and including 218mm diameter that have been pre-ordered and returned to an Interroll
factory or service centre.
Drum Motors and Idlers received by Interroll without pre-order will be repaired according to the Bronze service.
For Drum Motors & Idler pulleys 300mm diameter and above, please check delivery times with your local Interroll service centre.
Interroll repair services are carried out by fully trained and experienced service engineers, certified by Interroll and use only Interroll original parts.

 | | Bronze Economy Service
The bronze economy Service includes seal and oil/grease change by qualified service engineers and a return within 5-7 working days of receipt from the customer.

The Silver Premium Service covers a seal and oil/grease change by professional service engineers and a return to the customer within 2-3 working days of receipt from the customer.

The Gold Priority Service includes seal and oil/grease change by certificated Interroll Service staff and a return to the customer within 24 hours of receipt from the customer.

 | | Platinum Emergency service
The Platinum Emergency service covers seal and oil/grease change by specialized Interroll engineers and a return to the customer within 3-5 hours.
