Interroll presents the first Speed Controller developed specifically for pushback storage systems with LIFO roller tracks (Last-In-First-Out). A reliable component with the
highest safety factor and the option of storage and removal in record time. It's all down to the ingenious design of the Speed Controller that operates without resistance during
the loading process and only transfers its brake force to the pallets to be unloaded. This feature is particularly useful in the case of deep insertion channels, as the pallet
load has a greater effect on the forklift truck.
The LIFO Speed Controller also provides the essential flexibility: in existing installations, conventional Speed Controllers can be easily exchanged for LIFO Speed Controllers
made by Interroll.

In LIFO configuration (Last-In-First-Out), a fork lift truck loads and unloads the pallets at the picking face. This is a pushback system. To load a pallet, the fork lift truck
pushes the pallet at the picking face towards the back of the lane using the pallet to be loaded. When a pallet is unloaded, the pallet stored behind automatically takes its
place, thereby ensuring that the goods are constantly available at the picking face.
LIFO storage optimises the storage space. LIFO lanes can thus be installed above doors, against walls, above dynamic freestanding frames (buffer stock) or in any location where
the goods can only be accessed from an aisle.
