The ConveyorControl is a versatile solution for zero pressure accumulation conveyors powered by the RollerDrive EC310. This flexible solution is based on four controls with different functions and the Configurator software. Easy cabling enables a perfect interaction between the controls. In addition to this a standard ASI cable and piercing technology guarantees quick and safe installation on site. A continuous IP 54 protection rating covers perfectly the requirements for industrial installations.

The SegmentControl controls two zones of a conveyor. Each zone consists of the RollerDrive EC310, several Rollers and corresponding sensors.

The ComControl controls one zone of the conveyor. Parameters for the additional three inputs and outputs can be set with the Configurator.

The CentralControl controls data communication between the modules. Via USB interface all the parameters are uploaded into the system.

The GatewayControl enables connection to high level control so that ConveyorControl system can be easily integrated in already existing Profibus environment.

The Configurator is Windows based software to create all necessary layouts and parameter settings for ConveyorControl.
