Interroll launches the most silent Belt Drive for check-out stands.
Reducing noise levels and space consumption in working environments is of major importance to manufacturers and users of belt conveyor applications. To meet these key customer needs Interroll has developed and launched the new Belt Drive 113C featuring a noise reduction by 5-6 dbA from a common level of 47-50 dbA to 42-44 dbA.

Belt Drive 80S

 Technical changes to the component, which has been derived from Interroll's Belt Drive 113S, include an improved performance of the gear box and the introduction of a new technology for noise reduction of the electrical motor.
Interroll has applied for a patent on its unique 'vibration arm' which reduces noise and vibrations in the gearbox.
The Interroll Belt Drive 113C has been designed to also meet the need of manufacturers and end users for narrower belt applications. Its minimum roller length has been reduced to 250 mm from 282 mm of previous models.
The new 113C is a global, standardised product with a 0.11 kW single phase motor and speeds of 0.14 m/s, 0.16 m/s and 0.18 m/s. For the US market the product is being adapted to run on 115V with 60Hz and delivering corresponding speeds.
