The new Interroll Poly-Vee drive solution makes roller conveyors even more efficient
The Interroll Poly-Vee drive concept combines Interroll RollerDrives of the 1700 or 3500 series and flexible multi-rib belts to create a user-friendly, durable and highly efficient solution for roller conveyors. Owing to their unique geometrical design and special drive heads with 9 grooves, conveyor segments of up to 6 metres in length can be powered with just a single RollerDrive - capable of transporting heavy unit loads of up to 100 kg. Take out the new system is capable of achieving up to 300% more torque transmission than in the case of standard round belts and the flexible design of the multi-rib belts makes the system particularly simple and efficient to assemble, even when it comes to integrating the new unit into existing installations. This saves time and money. Thanks to the consistent level of tension maintained by the belts, both acceleration and braking are shorter and more precise than in conventional systems - even delicate products can be handled with maximum efficiency thanks to zero-pressure accumulators. To avoid leakage or contamination from the material being conveyed, the drive components are integrated well "out of reach". Interroll LIFO Speed Controller
Interroll presents the first speed controller developed specifically for pushback storage systems with LIFO roller tracks (Last In, First Out). Interroll Crossbelt Sorters: Primed for Action
Interroll Crossbelt Sorters are a cost-effective solution to quickly and reliably distribute also smaller throughput amounts, starting from 2000 unit loads an hour as well as high order volumes : totes, cardboard boxes, parcels, large envelopes, bundles of letters, polythene pouches, absolutely anything that has to reach its destination at the agreed time.
The key elements of these sorters are the crossbelt carriers with their patented mechanical drive. They sit on polyurethane-encased rollers in aluminium frames (linear sorters) or on steel tubes (horizontal sorters) and are pulled by a reinforced rubber drive belt with gearless drive.

Intelligence included: The Interroll Intelliveyor
This is the stamping ground of Interroll's Intelliveyor - the intelligent conveyor module. It is designed to roll into action considering the reduction in component wear and energy costs. Each roller conveyor section is divided into zones, while each zone is a pre-installed conveyor unit with its own electronics and can be connected to other modules by means of plug-and-play functionality. Because less is really more, the Interroll Intelliveyor has done away with conventional external drive components. At the same time, the system offers greater safety for operators thanks to low voltage of 24V.
Being divided into several zones, each roller conveyor section is connected to a Z-Card. Thus all central functions can also be controlled via CAN-Bus and the TCP/IP network protocol.
